Filter calendar

Is your calendar filled with meetings, events and reminders, with most of them no longer relevant or a concern to you. But there is so many to remove, and you only want to see the meetings you consider important.

With Outlook you can filter your calendar to only show your meetings, events and reminders you consider the most important. The filter options are diverse enough to satisfy your needs, as you can filter based on the category, meeting status, recurrence or availability.

Step 1: Open Outlook and go to the calendar section.

Step 2: Click the Filter button at the top.

Step 3: Uncheck the items you do not want visible on your calendar such as cancelled meetings, categorised meetings, and others.

Your Outlook calendar will update and only display the items you consider the most important, thereby allowing you to keep your calendar free from clutter.
