We provide a wide range of mental health-related self-help resources for our students – including leaflets, apps and our 24/7 Big White Wall digital service.
We all have moments or periods in our lives when we do not feel resilient and when we need to look after ourselves a little more. Talking about the fact that these experiences are a normal part of everyday life – at university and beyond – is an important aspect of our work to support student wellbeing. And there are steps we can and should all be taking to look after ourselves.
The University has arranged for all our students to have access free-of-charge to Big White Wall, a 24/7 digital mental health and wellbeing service which offers self-help resources and online support.
