We will keep staff updated on the latest sector developments and deliver activities to ensure you have up-to-date knowledge to support your students with their transition to HE.

We are delighted to invite you to our annual winter conference, set to take place in 
January 2025 at our Walsall Campus. This event is designed to equip teachers, career advisers, and pastoral staff with the latest updates and practical tools to better support your students.

This year's conference will feature a range of topical discussions and insights into the evolving education sector, with a particular focus on the work of our Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing.

Teacher CPD

CPD for Mathematics and Computer Science Teachers - Thursday 3rd July 2025, 10am-2:30pm

This is a one day professional development course designed to support the development of teaching skills and subject knowledge of teachers who would like to improve their competency in teaching calculus using the Python programming language. The workshops will include contextualized examples which can be delivered in your own classroom. No previous Python programming experience is required.
