Back to the old school with this traditional class, boxstep and grapevine yourself into fabulous shape whilst having fun. This is an excellent class for all levels of fitness.
This is a full body workout using light weights and body weight exercises; this class will give your body the all over toned look and increase your fitness levels. This class includes standing and floor work.
Boot Camp is a type of interval training,with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats, a typical class may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press ups, shuttle runs and sit ups. The class is aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness levels. As no class involves physically hitting an opponent it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
We will guide you through a full cardio and abdominal workout, which includes high-intensity core muscle exercises designed not only to make you look and feel amazing, but also to help support your body all day, every day
A Circuits session consists of a series of exercises or stations performed in succession with minimal rest intervals in between. Circuits have been traditionally used as an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. Circuits are suitable for everyone, with Circuits you get out what you put in!
A all over body workout using various training techniques and equipment, led by our qualified instructors to improve strength, endurance, toning and overall fitness. The class will also help improve your cardio endurance with bouts of running drills to really give you that wake up workout on Saturday mornings.
Increase your strength and stamina in our high intensity cardio class full of plyometrics and interval training
This is a low intensity workout, sometimes using resistance bands to help improve your flexibility, the class will help tone and shape muscles and improve posture.
A boxing based session,
This is a full body workout using light weights combined with body weight exercises, core exercise and a range of equipment. Teaching you how to use the weights safely and effectively, helping you to achieve an all over toned body whilst improving your muscular endurance and strength. Choosing your own weight or body weight, this class is aimed at both men and women of all fitness levels.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, long and lean muscles, strength and endurance in the abdominals, legs, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow within the muscles, developing a strong core or centre.
An all over body workout using a selection of weight training exercises to improve muscular endurance and strength, these sessions are guaranteed to push you to your limits, burn calories and help you achieve that toned look.
Relax body and mind with movement, stretching, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Helping you to release stress, slow down and unwind the knots of tension that build up during the day. Feel more flexible, re-energised and better able to cope with the challenges of work, study and everyday life. Beginners welcome.
