We are happy to announce that we are teaming up with the Alumni Office to bring you a fabulous membership offer.

Fitness Membership

We offer two ways to pay for your membership.

Direct Debit - £17.00 per month for our Anytime membership

The Alumni Package includes:

12 Month Pre-Pay - £187.00 

  • Membership Includes Same as Above

 

How to Join 

Please come to your chosen sports centre where our friendly and helpful staff will ask you to fill out some basic paperwork whilst they check your alumni status, once this is done it will take a few minutes to get you enrolled and then you can get on with using the facilities or booking in for a gym induction if requested.

Important Direct Debit information

  • When taking out a Direct Debit membership customers must pay two months up front (the remainder of the current month and the following month), with the Direct Debit commencing on the third month.
  • All Direct Debit payments are collected on the 1st of every month unless it falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, in which case it will be collected on the next working day.
  • All Direct Debits are on no contract and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Cancellations are completed by cancelling directly with your bank.
  • If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month the direct debit will be processed and your membership will terminate at the end of that month.
  • Direct Debits are on a rolling contract and will continue to be collected until the above process is initiated by 'you' the customer.

Direct Debit Guarantee

This guarantee should be retained by the Payer.

This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and
security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.
If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change University of Wolverhampton will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If an error is made by University of Wolverhampton or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and Immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. 
Written confirmation may also be required. Please notify us.
