Foundation Degrees

Foundation degrees are designed to offer appropriate education and training to professionals currently working within the education sector. We offer the following foundation degrees:

  • FD (Arts) Early Years Services
  • FD (Arts) Supporting Children in Primary Education

After completing your part time Foundation degree you can then top up to a final year of a part- time BA degree course.

Undergraduate Teacher Training

Our undergraduate teacher training courses work towards gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

Our teacher training is rated Good by Ofsted, who highlight our extensive and varied partnerships with schools that provide valuable placements for trainees, as well as our ability to develop effective and highly reflective practitioners. 

We offer undergraduate routes to teaching in PRIMARY EDUCATION (ages 3-11) and SECONDARY EDUCATION (ages 11-19).
