You can sign/collect your keys from 10am on your moving in date, this is when you will find out your room number. Your collection point will be on your arrival letter.

Room Inventory Forms
When you first get to your flat you will be given an inventory form, this is where you inspect your new place and note down any issues e.g. bad condition, faults.
If you find any repairs or faults within your room you can log them using the HRAMs Reporting System. Details of how to do this are also attached to the inventory form.
The room inventory form needs to be completed and returned to your local Facilities Information Hub.
Although it may be a drag it will benefit you in the long run, as your may be charged at the end of your contract for any damage/wear and tear you didn’t record on the inventory – you can’t add to it once you’ve handed it in.
