If you're not based on campus or you're unable to see us for One-to-One support you can easily contact us online. You can either book an appointment via our online chat service ASSIST or Skype. You can also email us or ask us a question via Facebook or Twitter.
We normally reply to email queries within one working day.
If you need help using the Learning Centre resources or have any general queries please refer to the main contact page.
Students can use this service to make a Skype to Skype appointment with one of the Skills Team. You will be able to talk to one of the team for up to 30 minutes to discuss your concerns. We are not online all the time so please contact us to arrange an appointment in advance. Our appointment times run from Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm. Our Skype username is: wlv_skills
If you do not have Skype installed on your computer, it's free to download from Skype.
