World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2022

This year’s World Mental Health Day theme is making mental health a global priority for all. Here at the University of Wolverhampton, our students' mental health and wellbeing are a priority.

We recognise that the first semester can be particularly challenging whether you are experiencing university for the first time or progressing to the next level of your studies.

We hope that you have felt welcomed and supported during the first few weeks of term and are settling in well. If you think you need a little extra support, please check out these resources.

Togetherall

Did you know that all University of Wolverhampton members have free access to the online Mental Health and Wellbeing resource Togetherall?

You can access a wide range of tools and resources through this online platform. Take a self-assessment to help you understand where you are right now. Enrol on evidence-based courses to help you manage mental health difficulties and improve your wellbeing.

You can also read support articles, like this one on managing the transition to university.
