IT systems update: MyWLV email access fix

If you are experiencing issues accessing your email via myWLV app since the password reset - apply this quick fix 

If you are having issues accessing your email on the myWLV app and are getting a red 'unauthorised' message, this is easy to fix.

Click on your profile icon or your name, then scroll down and you will see a section called “Services.”

Select this and then scroll until you see the option Microsoft 365 Mail. Select the 'Disconnect' button.

Then go back to the app home screen and press the mail tile and log back in as normal. You should now be able to access your emails.
