WLV Sport's new virtual live exercise class timetable

WLV Sport is running a weekly timetable of live instructor led exercise classes available for all staff and students.

There are 14 scheduled classes each week will run up until 9 April. At this point, WLV Sport anticipates to be allowed to fully re-open their facilities, and exercise classes will be delivered back in the sports centre at the Walsall Campus.

WLV Sport will be delivering a range of desk based exercises, together with low intensity classes, higher intensity classes and a weekly Q&A session with one of their fitness experts. All classes are available free of charge to all staff and students to support everyone’s wellbeing through this current lockdown.

Classes will be delivered live on Microsoft Teams, and once a class has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all joining information. Staff and students can book any classes in advance.

How to book a class

See below for a table of the upcoming sessions. Once you have selected the session you would like to attend; you will be taken to an Eventbrite booking form - please select your preferred date and complete the registration.
