Looking to improve your digital skills? The University has a number of resources to help you build your confidence and succeed as a student in the digital world:

A great place to start is the 'Digital and Data Skills' Canvas course. This course covers a broad range of topics, and upon completion, you’ll be awarded an online badge for your LinkedIn and social media channels.

For Microsoft Office, Teams and Canvas, Skills for Learning offers a Digital Skills Workbook.

Book a Digital Skills appointment at Harrison Library's Skills Zone, on Fridays,12 midday-2pm, where you can receive support on Microsoft. 365 applications, Canvas and MyWLV.
Don't forget you can also speak with the Skills for Learning team at daily drop-ins at City, Walsall and Telford campuses for general study skills support.

Need IT support?
- You can also drop-in the City Campus ASK@WLV (Ambika Paul Building, next to Harrison Library) to get help with your IT queries in person, Mondays and Wednesdays, 1pm-4pm;
