Got a question? Just ASK...
ASK@WLV is the first point of contact for all student queries and can be accessed any time online and over the phone or on-campus, Monday to Friday. We can help you access wellbeing support services, complete your enrolment and module registration, and understand your course's rules and regulations. Our friendly and knowledgeable team of advisors are here to help you get the support you need to make the most out of your time at university.
Opening hours for ASK have to change from time to time to ensure we can provide up to date professional advice to all our students.
The ASKW@WLV Office at Walsall and Telford will be closed on Friday 8th December. The ASK@WLV City office and phone line will close at 12pm that day to facilitate staff training. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
