COMING SOON: ASK@WLV – the new University service for all student queries and support

In January 2022, the University will launch ASK@WLV, a new first point of contact for all student queries and support. This new service will replace your Faculty Student Services.

Students will be able to access the ASK@WLV service on-campus, over the phone and online. Our friendly and dedicated team of advisors will be there to help you get the support you need to make the most out of your time at university.

ASK@WLV can help you with:

  • Accessing wellbeing support services
  • Submitting your assignments and applying for an extension
  • Module registration, enrolment and timetabling
  • Taking a leave of absence or transferring to a different course
  • Official letters and study transcripts
  • Advice on progression and academic regulations

ASK @WLV will streamline how we handle your enquiries, bringing together our key support services in one easily accessible place. Whether you log your question online or in person, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to respond quickly and professionally.

Got a question? Just ASK

From Monday, 10 January, students will be able to drop in and speak to a member of the ASK@WLV team on any of our main campuses. You might begin to see the renovation of the spaces on campus in December.

Find us on campus:

  • City Campus: Ambika Paul Building, next to the Harrison Library.
  • Walsall Campus: In the Performance Hub.
  • Telford Campus: In the Darby Building.

ASK@WLV will also be a mobile service, offering pop-up opportunities throughout the year for students to get support at key locations across different parts of each of our campuses.

The University of Wolverhampton is committed to providing excellent support services for our students, and the new ASK@WLV service forms part of this mission.
