It's time! Enrol online now and get set for the new academic year
As we gear up towards the new academic year, we look forward to welcoming all new and returning students.
An important first step to getting ready for your studies is completing your online enrolment.
All students, whether you're joining us new this semester, or returning for another year, will need to complete enrolment before your course starts. It's a good idea to get this done as soon as possible to avoid delays, and to ensure you can access your timetable and course material and, if applicable, to ensure you receive your student loan at the earliest opportunity.
Enrolling online is easy. In e:Vision click on 'Enrolment and Module Registration' to enter and confirm your personal information and the details of your course and fees, some of this information will be pre-filled. Each task will turn green once it's been successfully completed. If you're a new student, you may need to complete a face-to-face ID check, see details below.
To help you prepare, watch this step-by-step video guide:
On-Campus Enrolment Hubs
During the Welcome and Induction period there are Enrolment Hubs at each campus to provide you with support with any enrolment questions you have. This will also be where you have your ID checked (where you will need to present your physical ID e.g. driving licence, passport etc). This face-to-face ID check is the final step in completing your enrolment.
Please note - returning students who are re-enrolling will not need to show face-to-face ID on campus.
New students will have a dedicated slot to come and visit one of our enrolment hubs as part of your induction schedule.
You can find the Enrolment Hubs:
- Walsall Campus - The Enrolment Hub will be in the Performance Hub (WH), from Monday 2 September – 13 September, open 8.30am - 5pm. Support will then continue via the ASK@WLV desk 9 am-5pm.
- City Campus - Housman Building (MX), from Monday 16 September – 11 October, open 8.30am-5pm.
- Springfield Campus - There will be dedicated support at Springfield on 16 - 18 September and 23 September - 27 September between 12 noon and 2 pm.
- Telford Campus - ASK@WLV helpdesk in the Darby Building (SC) from Monday 16 September – 20 September, open 8.30am-5pm
Should you need any help with your enrolment or have any other queries about your course or support from the University, you can also log a help call on e:Vision, call 01902 518 518, or drop in to visit one of the on campus ASK@WLV helpdesk. Find out more at wlv.ac.uk/ASK.
