Take care of yourself: look out for visiting support services on Wellbeing Wednesday
A series of health and wellbeing events are taking place across City Campus throughout May.
Olivia Simpson, Wellbeing Champion Co-ordinator at the University, said: "Everyone is leading busy lives and, at this time of the year, with assessments and exams coming up, it's really vital that students and staff should put some time aside to check on their health and wellbeing.
"Whether it's just general health checks, or finding ways to destress, we've put together a series of events designed to help you take care of yourselves."
The following support services are dropping in on campus, every Wednesday throughout May to offer advice and guidance for staff and students on a range of issues:
- 3 May - Aquarius Gambling
- 10 May - Samaritans
- 17 May- Recovery Near You & SUIT
- 24 May - Black Country Women’s Aid
- 31 May - Wolverhampton Healthy Minds & Community Police Support
