In January 2015, I was seconded to the University of Wolverhampton as a lecturer-practitioner on the Diploma of Higher Education in Paramedic Science where I lectured at the University on a part-time basis and worked operationally as an advanced paramedic. In July 2016, I became a full-time senior lecturer on the DipHe and BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science.

My main teaching responsibilities are in the sciences underpinning paramedic practice, skills for paramedic practice, trauma and critical care and clinical practice. I am also the placement coordinator for both programmes, which involves organising and managing placements in both our partner ambulance service and other partner trusts.
