Butterfly Guardian
The project aims to make species conservation more accessible to children. My goal is to encourage younger generations to do this with the help of a children’s book, and to impart knowledge in an engaging and lasting way using a visual narrative and activity pack.
Research highlights how the number of insects, including butterflies and moths are decreasing. It would be a tragedy for the environment if this bio-diversity could not be enjoyed by the next generation. Butterflies and moths are among some of the most active pollinators and alongside bees are suffering the most from the threat of extinction.
This project calls for children to be guardians of wildlife conservation with the aim of protecting these species for future generations.
