On-the-spot offers at Open Day

The Open Day will take place on Saturday, 16 August 2014 at the Wolverhampton and Walsall campuses from 10am to 3pm.

Visitors will be able to look around the facilities, tour the campuses and meet lecturers at the event.

There will also be opportunities to look around the student accommodation and talk to the experts about finances and careers.

Kate Evason, Education Events Manager, said: “Open Days are a great opportunity to look around the facilities and get a feel for the University. We’ll have admissions experts on hand to talk through the courses that have places available through Clearing and look through applications, and people may be able to receive an on-the-spot offer.

“We’ll have academics in our Subject Fair to chat with and information about the services we have on offer in our Student Support Zone. There’s a full programme of talks, tours and workshops throughout the day and we’re really looking forward to welcoming people on Saturday.”

At Wolverhampton there will be information about courses in applied sciences, art and design, business, computing and IT, engineering and the built environment, health and nursing, law, leisure, social

People can visit Walsall Campus for details about sport, music, dance, drama, midwifery, nursing, teaching and education courses.
