Student to perform at prestigious jazz event

BA (Hons) Popular Music student Dan Griffiths, 19, will be performing at the Cork International Jazz Festival in Ireland from October 24 to 27 2008.
 
Steve Cooper, Course Leader in Popular Music at the , said: “This represents a wonderful opportunity to perform original material to an international audience at such a renowned festival.”
 
Dan, who lives in Chester, and fellow band members Alex and James Dee have been together since 2005 and describe their music as Acoustic/Soul /Indie.
