Semester 1 timetables now available

Teaching timetables for Semester 1 have now been published, so if you have on campus modules registered for the period up to 13 December, you will be able to view these within myWLV.

You may have some queries about your timetable and this short video may answer some of these questions or point you in the right direction if you need more information.

Please be aware that you need to have completed your enrolment, including your module registration, before you can see your personalised timetable in myWLV.

Some more important things you need to know:

• Timetables are subject to change and can be affected by adjustments to expected student numbers or staff availability, for example. You should check your timetable regularly particularly up to the start of teaching. After that, we should be able to text you about urgent changes if you have provided an active mobile number in your personal details within eVision.
• If you have any queries about your timetable, ask your lecturer if you are in class, or contact ASK@WLV.
• If the room shows as TBC, we will be working to allocate a room before teaching starts.
• If you cannot see all module activities, it may be because the module is split into groups and we need to allocate you to a group. We are allocating students as soon as possible after registration and your classes will appear as soon as we have attached you to a group.
• If you want to change your group, this cannot be guaranteed as groups have size limits and moving groups takes us time to action. If you have a reason to want to change groups, then please contact your module leader as they will need to authorise the change and will then ask us to adjust your timetable.
