Drop in to the Chaplaincy garden on 15 November for an informal gathering dedicated to Interfaith week.

Where: The Chaplaincy garden, at MP building on Molineux Street

When: Tuesday 15 November, 12 noon - 2pm

Intended as a space to bring students and staff together to build community, as well as a quiet space to retreat and de-stress, the Chaplaincy garden has had a great first 6 months. The open access nature of the space has allowed people to feel involved whether looking down from their desks in MX, picnicking on the bench, or painstakingly thinning carrots. On Tuesday 15 November from 12 until 2pm there will be a drop-in gathering to informally dedicate the garden as part of Interfaith Week.

The Black Country and Birmingham Wildlife Trusts will be on hand to help us think about a 'rewilded campus' and talk about steps we can all take to encourage nature for the wellbeing of the planet and ourselves.

At 1.15pm there will be a short series of readings from different faith traditions about the value of the natural world. Vegan soup will be available. Please join us for some or all of the event - whatever the weather!
