Santander Universities Enterprise Growth Fund 2021

In conjunction with Santander Universities, the University of Wolverhampton Enterprise Department is delighted to offer 10 of our student and graduate start-up businesses the chance to access funding support of £1,850 each to help their business grow. 

Aimed at newly launched and early-stage start-ups, this funding is intended to help businesses build momentum, connect with customers and generate repeating revenue. The 10 businesses who are best able to convey how this funding will help their business reach the next level will each be awarded £1,850. 

Applications are to be completed online via the Santander X platform and submitted before the closing date on Monday, 31 May 2021. After the closing date, the applications will be assessed by a judging panel from the University of Wolverhampton, and the 10 top-scoring applicants will each be awarded £1,850. 

Scoring will be based on the answers given to describe the business, identify immediate objectives and challenges, and highlight how this funding would impact the growth and development of the start-up business. 

This opportunity is open to current students (undergraduate, postgraduate, taught and research) and recent graduates of the University of Wolverhampton. Recent graduates should have graduated within three years of the closing date of Monday, 31 May 2021.  

All business activity and conduct should align with the ethics of the University of Wolverhampton.
