Enrolling as an on-campus UK student

Watch Jasmine’s video to guide you through your online enrolment and on campus ID check (if applicable), so you’ll be fully enrolled and ready to begin your studies.

Enrolment steps for new Home (UK) on-campus students

1. Complete Online Enrolment 
   Log into e:Vision using your student number and password. Start your enrolment tasks as soon as you get notification to enrol or you notice it is available when you log into e:Vision 
    
2. Attend On-Campus ID Check 
   When you complete all the online tasks, you'll see a message in eVision to complete your on-campus ID check. Once instructed, bring your passport to the ASK@WLV team on campus to complete this check.  
   The ID check is required to get your student finance released (if applicable).
   Note: students who have successfully completed a DBS and Occupational Health check as part of the application for this course do not need to complete this stage.
    
3. Full Enrolment 
   Once the above stages have been completed as required, you'll be fully enrolled for this academic year. 

Enrolment for returning students

1. Log into e:Vision to complete your enrolment tasks, update your UK mobile number and contact address to be fully enrolled.
