Employers we work with
Apprenticeships provide a cost-effective option for employers seeking to boost workforce skills and attract new, fresh talent into their organisation. Government funding is available to help off-set apprenticeship costs, so the investment required is minimal, whether you’re a large corporation or small company.
The benefits speak for themselves, with most employers citing the following:
- Stimulates innovation and access to new ideas/latest thinking
- Creates a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Supports a culture of continuing professional development
- Allows for succession planning and discovering leadership potential
- Helps address challenges associated with ageing workforces
The University is extremely proud of its partnerships with leading organisations and local SMEs. It also values its collaboration with FE partners which allow pathways to be created between apprenticeship programmes, to help support an apprentice’s wider career aspirations and journey.
