GCSE Equivalency Courses

At the University of Wolverhampton, we offer our applicants additional pathways to meet our course entry requirements.

Several of our courses require applicants to hold a GCSE English of Mathematics qualification.

If you do not currently hold a GCSE English or Mathematics qualification, we have online equivalency courses that you will be able to take.

Our online equivalency courses are:

- Free to all applicants.

- For students who have applied during the current admissions cycle.

- Self-paced and allow you to demonstrate that you have competence which the University of Wolverhampton approve is equivalent to *GCSE Level 2 standard.

- *English equivalency course is equivalent to GCSE Grade 4 - 5

- *Maths - We have two equivalency courses for Maths for applicants who need to achieve GCSE Grade 4 or GCSE Grade 5.

Please check our course entry requirements on the Our Courses page to ensure that these equivalency courses are sufficient for your chosen course.

In order to provide an efficient testing service we actively remove students who do not hold an offer in our current admissions cycle.
