University is like this little world, a bubble of time separate from everything before and everything after.

My favourite memories of the University of Wolverhampton would be spending time with uni mates in the Students' Union, going to the library and revising for exams and assignments. There were different kinds of gatherings that used to take place in Students' Union, which was fun to participate in and informative at the same time. The tutors were always been helpful from day one as well.
The courses I studied did not only make my career but also my life. Both my degrees of Law and HRM, not only made my career but helped me build my character as a person. I have practised Law in India as a legal practicing advocate. Moreover, worked as HR Advisor in the UK and now in Australia.
My role requires me to: Provide timely day-to-day HR advice; support and consultancy to managers and employees in workforce planning; job design, recruitment and onboarding; employee relations; performance management; remuneration; conflict resolution and off-boarding. Also, I provide advice, coaching, feedback and support to the executive and management to effectively manage the performance and development needs of the headspace workforce. This includes providing advice or attendance in performance management meetings with employees and/or paired with appropriate performance and development plans.
Enjoying best of whole world through my Law and HRM degrees.
Aim high. Concentrate on your studies. Make friends. Take every opportunity available in the University for your better future. Take help from your tutors, I am sure they are always there to guide you on the right path.
