Abigail has several years of work experience in customer centred roles, including retail, events and hospitality. Abigail first gained her BA (Hons) International Hospitality Management (first class) from the University of Wolverhampton before going on to complete a PGCE (Post Compulsary Education) also at the University of Wolverhampton. Her career at the University of Wolverhampton began with the post of Graduate Teaching Assistant in 2018, before then gaining a Visiting Lecturer post in 2020 andthen a full-time lecturer position in 2020. Abigail is currently completing the final stage of an MSc in Management at the University of Lincoln.
Abigail has research interests in the use of Artificial Intelligence and Self-Service Technologies within the hospitality industry. In addition, Abigail has keen ambitions to further research management and leadership with specific attention to women in leadership and mothers returning to the workplace after maternity leave.
