Handling Information

The University recognises that it is important that notes are kept at all stages of our policy and frameworks involving sexual harassment and misconduct. This includes at the disclosure stage.

Notes obtained and recorded at the stages of disclosure need to be passed on to safeguarding@wlv.ac.uk  

Outcomes will be documented and stored appropriately according to Data Protection requirements, by the investigating party.  All outcomes will be communicated in writing to relevant individuals involved in this process.  All information gathered will be treated privately and confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection principles and University requirements.
