Prof John Egbe Ebai: John Ebai is a Professor of Informatics at the University of the Tropics and Special Adviser to the University Institute of Technology both in Douala, Cameroon. He is a specialist in information management system with 29 years in public administration. Professor Ebai is trained in Management systems at École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP), University of Quebec, Canada. He is also an alumnus of De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom where he studied Computing. He is the President of the Cameroon Society of Electrical Engineers.
