BRICtalks Webinar - Our Forgotten Brownfield Sites

  • When? 14 October 2021 - 14 October 2021 , 10am-10.45am
  • Where? MS teams

In spite of the UK housing crisis there are hundreds of thousands of redundant properties and sites across the country that are currently adversely affecting the landscape and the lives of the people around them. This situation is likely to get worse as the impact of COVID-19 fully works its way through the property system, however, given the chance people are keen to contribute to the redevelopment of these locations by reporting the derelict sites and properties around them. The majority would also like to be given a say about what is built in their place.

Join the Brownfield Research and Innovation Centre (BRIC) and our guest Ben Tibbetts from Land Attic to discuss the question, "could rejuvenating brownfield sites provide at least a partial solution to this problem?"
