Oxford International Online Test
We are pleased and excited to announce that we have partnered with Oxford International to offer the Oxford International Digital Institute English Language Level Test (OIDI ELLT).
You can take this from the comfort of your own home and the results certificate can be used for your course application at one of our TNE partners and for your course and visa application to travel to the University of Wolverhampton as an international student.
All tests require a passport photo ID except in China where National ID can be used for TNE only (taught in China).
The Oxford International Digital Institute English Language Level Test (OIDI ELLT) is a University of Wolverhampton approved test and provides evidence of English language ability for entry onto University of Wolverhampton courses as set out in the table below.

The ELLT assesses your English language skills in four separate sections, each of which is outlined below.
Skill 1: Reading
Your reading proficiency will be assessed through an automated, secure online test. It is recommended that you allow 40 minutes to complete this part of the test.
Skill 2: Listening
Your listening and comprehension skills will be assessed through an automated, secure online test. It is recommended that you allow 30 minutes to complete this part of the test.
Skill 3: Writing
You will be assessed through a unique written task. It is recommended that you allow 60 minutes to complete this part of the test.
Skill 4: Speaking
You will take your speaking exam live with an examiner over a video call. Your examiner will be the same examiner who has assessed the other three skills tests that you have already taken. It is recommended that you allow 30 minutes to complete this part of the test.
