About the speaker

Jonas Gabrielsson is Professor in Business Administration, specialisation corporate governance with focus on entrepreneurial firms, at Halmstad University (Sweden).

He is active in the EURAM (European Academy of Management) community, and serves as the immediate past-Chair of the Corporate Governance SIG (Special Interest Group). His research and teaching efforts are focusing on corporate governance and management control from strategic, organisational and entrepreneurial perspectives.

He also has a general interest in the design of innovation support systems, the commercialisation and diffusion of technology, and the creation of markets and industries.

His research has appeared in journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Management Journal, International Small Business Journal, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and Management Learning.
