Staff Event: Compassionate Cuppa Take a meaningful midday break and join us for a Compassionate Cuppa — a relaxed, face-to-face session facilitated by Dr Jenni Jones, Associate Professor in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Wolverhampton. These welcoming conversations bring staff together to connect over shared experiences, challenges, and ideas surrounding mental wellness. While previous sessions have explored topics like managing anxiety, this month’s Cuppa offers something new and creative… 🎨 Create Your Own Zine! Whether you're seeking inspiration, practical wellbeing ideas, or just a listening ear, the Compassionate Cuppa is a space for you. ☕ Let’s talk, reflect, and create — together. |
