A General Meeting has been called to implement proposed changes to the governing structure of your Students' Union. These take the form of a Special Resolution. Please come along to make important changes to how your Students' Union operates and make it fit for the future.

How?
There is one item on the agenda for this General Meeting, a Special Resolution to adopt the proposed Articles of Association, which are circulated in this notice.

Proxy voting
If you aren’t able to attend the General Meeting and cast your vote in person, you can have someone you trust cast your vote for you. This is a proxy vote.
You can use this form to apply to vote by proxy for this General Meeting.
You and your proxy must be members of the Students' Union on the date of the meeting to be eligible to vote.
Proxy forms must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The deadline to submit proxy forms is Wednesday 15 May 2019 at 12pm noon
