Graphic Design Student’s Work Chosen to Represent New Curriculum Vision
Hannah Jones, a final-year BA (Hons) Graphic Design student at the University of Wolverhampton, has had her work selected to represent the University’s new Curriculum Framework - a major project shaping the future of learning at Wolverhampton.
Hannah’s vibrant infographic design was chosen from a competitive shortlist to appear at the front of the framework document. It was praised for its bold colours, clarity, and a star-like shape that symbolises student creativity and ambition. “It was amazing to be chosen,” said Hannah. “There was so much great work from my classmates, so it really meant a lot.”
The project was part of a live brief set by the university and integrated into the Graphic Design course. “We’ve had loads of real-world opportunities,” Hannah said. “From working with Jaguar Land Rover to designing for local businesses, these experiences have helped me grow as a designer.”
The new Curriculum Framework is part of the university’s long-term vision (Strategy 2035: Student Success) to make learning more engaging, inclusive, and future-focused.
While it’s still being rolled out behind the scenes, students are reminded that this project review will not affect your enrolment with us and you will be kept informed of any updates as the project progresses throughout this year.
For now, Hannah’s success is a proud moment for the School of Creative Industries, and a great example of how our student community is helping shape the future of the University.
You can see more of Hannah's portfolio, along with the work of her creative peers, exhibited at the School of Creative Industries Degree Show 2025. Open to the public Monday 9 June until Friday 16 June 10am-4pm (Monday - Friday). George Wallis Building, Molineux Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DT.
