Have your say in city's biggest ever health and lifestyle survey

Wolverhampton residents are being encouraged to have their say in Wolverhampton's biggest ever health and lifestyle survey, continuing over the next few weeks.
The City Lifestyle Survey has been commissioned by the City of Wolverhampton Council to provide information about the lifestyle choices people make, and to enable the council and organisations across the city to make even more informed decisions about services that could improve the health of the local population.
The survey covers a range of subjects, including general wellbeing, access to GPs, health checks, cancer screening, vaccinations, physical activity, alcohol or substance misuse, gambling and community safety.

Responses are anonymous. The closing date has been extended to Tuesday, 31 January, 2023.
£2 per completed survey will be donated to the University's multi-faith chaplaincy, in addition to a generous one-off donation of £300 from the City of Wolverhampton Council.
Olivia Simpson, Wellbeing Champion Co-ordinator, says "It's a really important survey which will determine the health services which are commissioned and where funding goes for health in Wolverhampton. As Wellbeing Champions, we want to encourage everyone to take a few minutes to participate and help shape the services for Wolverhampton."
Grab a free coffee
To help promote the survey, the Wellbeing Champions will be on campus 16 - 20 January, 12pm - 2pm, Millennium City Building (MC) by the Courtyard Kitchen, offering free Costa coffee vouchers to survey participants.
