Happy New Print!

A completely new print solution has been implemented in the University, with a brand new fleet of printers installed across all of our campuses. The print project has some great benefits for you, including cheaper prices for printing and copying and the ability to scan and email documents for the first time – all in response to student feedback.

As part of the project we are also moving to a cashless environment for print in the University and the new way to top-up is here with a minimum top-up of £5. Your current print balances will have been transferred automatically to this new system. For the first time you will also be able to obtain refunds of online top-up print credit at any time of the year by emailing cashiers@wlv.ac.uk - balances below £1 will not be refunded.
