Our next couch to 5k programme starts on Saturday 20 September 2025.

Aimed at people who want to improve their mental wellbeing through being physically active in a supportive friendly group. Over the last nine years we’ve supported hundreds of people to become more active - whether your aim is to reduce stress, improve your mood, run a 5k or meet new people. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

Who are the Jolly Joggers?

Jolly Joggers are a friendly group of people wanting to reach their goals and improve their mental wellbeing through being active. Our qualified coaches and volunteers will take you from couch to 5k in 12 weeks, giving you the confidence to join parkrun or to run independently.

To get the most from this group, we ask that you can comfortably walk for 20 minutes prior to registration. Come along and give it a go, it’s FREE!

 When and where?

Saturday mornings at 10.15am, meeting at the Band Stand, West Park, Wolverhampton.
