Exam De-stress week

In the lead up to exams The Students' Union have a range of activities focused on managing stress. Whether pounding the pavements or hitting the gym is something you want to try they have a weekly running club and group gym sessions to support you with this. Or maybe being creative helps you unwind. The Students' Union have a range of de-stressing craft activities and art workshops to help lower your stress levels. Need something that will help reduce your stress levels in the moment? Check out their mindfulness sessions where you’ll explore how to use mindfulness to reduce stress and apply this to everyday situations.

Exam De-Stress Week

The Students' Union will be hosting events over the exam period for you to drop in to for instant relaxation whether it’s before an exam to calm your nerves, after an exam to reduce your stress levels or to have a breather from revision. Keep an eye out for upcoming events and activities.
