Commercial Services

The Commercial Team sits within the Estates & Facilities Directorate; The departments key roles are managing of finance with overall responsibility for control of all E&F budgets, purchasing, quality control and assisting key stakeholders within the Directorate.

Its primary functions are to assist the Procurement Department for tendering/contracting of any services the university requires. The team also ensures procurement activity generates value for money and confirms the Department is working within the University Financial Regulations and Procurement Procedures in the delivery of service provision.
