The University of Wolverhampton gave me the skills I needed to succeed. It's now my time to give back to the University that gave me so much.

Placements and performances. My favourite memory has to be our first year performance of David Fanshawe's 'African Sanctus'. The instrumental training I received was outstanding. I had numerous opportunities to work in the community: in different settings and contexts. I made numerous friends and have worked with many in professional capacities over the years.
The course kickstarted my career. I'm now working in the place where it all started! The training I received helped me be prepared for any eventuality; it taught me to be a more versatile performer and prepared me for working in a competitive industry. It really taught me how to work effectively with others.
Management of the School of Performing Arts. I'm a member of the senior management team at the University of Wolverhampton with responsibility for managing the School and The Performance Hub. I maintain oversight of all courses in the School: music, dance, drama and musical theatre. I also work with external bodies and key stakeholders to promote the University.
Visiting the UN Headquarters in New York to talk about the work of UoW.
