Gender Pay Gap Reporting

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 requires all employers of 250 or more to publish their gender pay gap on an annual basis.

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between men’s and women’s earnings across the entire University and our Gender Pay Gap Report provides some context and data on this across a number of measures as required by the Regulations.

It also sets out the positive work that has been done to
promote gender equality and includes the future actions that the University is committed to, in order to address our gender pay gap.

You will find each annual report on this page below by 30th March each year.
