The University of Wolverhampton’s new facilities for students with disability-related requirements are officially opened. The ‘Adaptive Technology Areas’ contain equipment to enable students with particular learning and disability related requirements to have access to University-wide PCs and technology.
 
Chief Adviser for London Schools Professor Tim Brighouse is guest speaker at a Community Through Learning event organised by the University to look at ways of broadening learning opportunities for all.
 
Retired murder squad detective Trevor Marriott who has researched the notorious Jack the Ripper case reveals his findings to an audience at the University. His special lecture ‘Jack the Ripper: The 21st Century Investigation’ casts aside the rumours and urban legends so long associated with the case.
