    Business Information Systems, with teaching experience centered on Strategic Planning, Project Management and Leadership, Professionalism and Enterprise, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Analysis and Information Technology Management.

Tim began his graduate career as an IT Consultant for a UK based Software House, carrying out Systems Development, Business Analysis and Project Management assignments for UK and Overseas Clients in the Financial Services / Insurance and Transport sectors, before joining the University of Wolverhampton.

Whilst employed at the University of Wolverhampton Tim has worked as Undergraduate Course Leader, Trans National Education Programme Manager for Courses in Sri Lanka, Project Lead for the development of undergraduate courses, Deputy Information Systems Divisional Manager and Industrial Placements Lead Academic.

In recent years Tim has been involved in the design and development of a new MSc Course in Business Analytics and the design and development of the Business School approach to blended learning. Tim has also designed and developed a new under-graduate module in Digital Business and, designed two new level 7 HEP Modules in Business Analytics and Digital Transformation.

Research interests are in the areas of Business Intelligence, Business Analytics / Big Data, Business Applications of Social Media, Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, Digital Business, Project Management and IT Management.

Current Undergraduate & Postgraduate Projects Supervisions include e-Commerce, social media marketing and business effectiveness, digital transformation, project management and leadership, and IT Strategic Planning.

Before joining the University of Wolverhampton, Tim worked as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager for a Worcestershire based Software House, specialising in the design and development of Information Systems for the Banking, Insurance and Logistics Sectors.
