Since beginning my PhD with the University of Leicester I have been working alongside Sporting Equals, an equality organisation working within the sports sector. I have worked on monitoring and evaluation projects associated with workplace equality and diversity. I have also, in a voluntary capacity, worked with the Leicestershire and Rutland County Football Association as part of their disciplinary panel to review cases relating to discrimination in sport. My experience enables me to advise on issues pertaining to discrimination in sport, and equality and diversity.

  • Equality and diversity
  • South Asian experiences in sport
  • Gender/ethnicity in sport and especially football
