It allows staff and students to record programmes from over 65 free-to-air channels, and search an extensive archive.

Six collections providing maps and map data of Great Britain: Ordnance Survey, Aerial, Geology, Pilot, Historic and Lidar. Ordnance Survey Data can be downloaded for use with compatible software, such as geographical information systems (GIS) or computer-aided design (CAD). It can also be printed or viewed online. First-time users of Digimap are required to complete a registration form.

PubMed is a free resource providing access to more than 36 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books.
