Entry requirements for students from Czech Republic

Undergraduate

Vysvědčení o maturitní zkoušce - Secondary School Leaving Certificate

Students with a minimum score of  3.0 can normally be considered for admission onto Bachelor programmes. 

Postgraduate

Bakalář - Bachelor degree

Students who have completed a Bachelor degree from a NARIC or government recognised institution can normally be considered for admission onto a Master’s degree.

 

Degrees completed before 2004

A score of 2 is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 3 is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 3 is considered to be comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-masters course

 

Degrees completed after 2004

A score of 1.5 is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 2.0 is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 2.0 is considered to be comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-masters course

English Language Requirements

English language requirements vary by course and department but are usually the equivalent of IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in every component.
