What is KUDOS?

KUDOS Fellowships is the University of Wolverhampton’s CPD portfolio scheme accredited by Advance HE (previously the Higher Education Academy) for the recognition of professional academic practice based on the UK Professional Standards Framework (PSF).

KUDOS stands for Knowledge, Understanding, Development, Opportunities and Standing.

The scheme aims to provide all staff engaged in teaching and/or supporting learning with the opportunity to reflect on and articulate their academic practice through the Descriptors and Dimensions of the PSF and gain recognition for their practice via Fellowship of Advance HE or to remain in good standing.

The PSF provides a set of professional standards and guidelines for everyone involved in teaching and supporting learning in Higher Education - whatever your role at the University of Wolverhampton, there is a type of fellowship to suit you.
