Booking Information
You can book your tickets online 24-hours a day by visiting our What's On page. We no longer post nor print tickets, but all of our online bookings come with a Print At Home option which you can print yourself or display on your phone.
Please note that the Arena Theatre no longer accepts cash payments in line with the rest of the University of Wolverhampton.
If you book for one of our livestreamed events, you will be sent a unique weblink with your booking confirmation which will give you access to the online performance.
However you book your ticket, no method will incur an additional booking charge. We charge you for the ticket only.
Concessions
Concessionary tickets are available on all performances. We charge concessions for the following:
Under 16, Student, Over 60, Staff of the University of Wolverhampton, Alumni of the University of Wolverhampton, Unemployed.
Companion tickets
If you are assisting someone with access requirements, you will pay a concession for their ticket, whilst your ticket will be free.
Group Discounts
In the event of a school booking, we offer staff tickets for free - whilst student tickets are charged at a concession rate.
If you are attending as a group, we will offer you 1 free ticket for every 10 booked for the same event.
Refunds
We only offer refunds on tickets in the event of a show cancellation or reschedule.
If you wish to have a refund for any other reason, we will instead give you a voucher of the same value which can be used on any show across our professional season.
Latecomers
Being late is often out of your control. The permittance of latecomers to a performance is dependent on the theatre company's policy. If the company allows latecomers, you will be taken into the theatre and placed either in our balcony or the upper tier until the interval, where you can then take your seat.
Please note that, in a few instances, some theatre companies will not allow latecomers at all.
Digital equipment
Please refrain from using your mobile phones in the theatre. These are incredibly distracting to both performers and your fellow patrons. They must be either put on silent or turned off throughout the performance.
The use of cameras or audio recording equipment is prohibited at all events unless stated otherwise. Staff may confiscate these items and, in the worst case scenario, ask you to leave the premises.
